Sales Consultant

About the role

Rentokil Initial is looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to generate new business, nurture client relationships, and exceed sales targets. The role combines prospecting, solution presentation, and collaboration with internal teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Present and promote Rentokil Initial's products and services effectively.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
