Key responsibilities

• Inspire and delight customers with a world‑class luxury selling experience.

• Provide expert guidance on product craftsmanship, brand heritage, features, warranties and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of sales and customer‑service experience in the luxury retail sector.
• Experience with watches or jewellery is highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic or Russian.
• Passionate, confident and personable.
