About the role
The Sales Consultant will work on‑site in Dubai, guiding clients through the full real‑estate transaction cycle. You will meet prospective buyers and tenants, present suitable properties, and explain market trends and investment opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and qualify prospective buyers and tenants, understanding their needs.
- Conduct property viewings, prepare proposals and negotiate offers.
- Coordinate with developers, landlords and legal partners to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and follow up on leads.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and provide after‑sales support.
Required profile
- Strong sales consulting experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real‑estate market or international property investment.
- Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Experience using digital communication platforms.
- Basic data analysis for market insights.
