Sales Coordinator – Automotive Operations

About the role

The Operations Executive supports Al-Futtaim Automotive’s sales and service network by ensuring smooth administrative, system and sales processes across multiple brands. The role is critical for operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage SAP/system enhancements, coordinating change across functions.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales operations including outbound vehicle delivery, trade‑in management and used‑car lifecycle tracking.
• Coordinate operational readiness for new locations, overseeing system setup, infrastructure and vendor enablement.
• Oversee centralized purchase‑order management and vendor engagement across all business units.
• Monitor multi‑brand performance, inventory flow, used‑car procurement, pricing governance and fleet utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management.
• Minimum 5 years experience in administrative operations management.
• Knowledge of HR and finance processes is advantageous.
• Proven ability to coach teams and build cross‑functional support.
