About the role
The Operations Executive (Sales Coordinator) will drive operational efficiency for Al Futtaim Automotive’s BYD brand in Dubai, overseeing administrative, system and sales processes to ensure seamless business continuity and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and manage SAP/system enhancements across functions, ensuring smooth integration and continuity.
- Lead end‑to‑end sales operations including outbound vehicle delivery, trade‑in management and used‑car lifecycle tracking.
- Coordinate operational readiness of new locations, aligning resources for system setup, infrastructure and vendor enablement.
- Oversee centralized purchase order management and vendor engagement to support day‑to‑day operations across all units.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative operations management.
- Knowledge of HR and finance processes is advantageous.
- Proven ability to coach teams and build cross‑functional support.
