Sales Coordinator (French Speaking)

About the role

The Sales Coordinator – French Speaking will join Premium Pack Trading’s Dubai office to support the sales team in a fast‑moving packaging solutions environment. Working on‑site, you will handle order processing, prepare quotations and act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers in French and English.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, after‑sales) to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads and support the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
• Assist with after‑sales service coordination to preserve strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong sales coordination or sales operations experience, preferably in trading, manufacturing or packaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, on‑site environment.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
