Sales Development Representative (MEA)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to generate leads and support our growth in the Middle East and Africa region. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and build a healthy pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage with prospective clients, generate interest in Creatio's AI CRM and workflow platform.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and target industry segments.
• Collaborate with sales executives to ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress against sales metrics.
• Design and execute personalized outbound campaigns via email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Continuously test and refine outreach techniques to improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in an SDR, staffing or related B2B SaaS sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation KPIs.
• Proficiency with CRM software and prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator or Outreach.io.
• Familiarity with AI and CRM trends and their impact on business operations.
• Availability to work from the Dubai office in a hybrid setting.
• Fluency in English (B2) and Arabic.
