Sales Director – BPO, BPM & Digital Transformation

About the role

The Sales Director will lead the full sales cycle for a global CX management company, from market identification to contract signing. This remote position supports the company’s expansion across Africa, India, Europe, the Middle East and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting BPO, BPM, CX, digital and technology services.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline, manage RFP/RFI responses, and drive opportunities through to closure.
• Engage CXO‑level stakeholders, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure smooth hand‑over to delivery teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify multi‑geography outsourcing opportunities.

Required profile

• 12+ years of sales/business development experience, preferably in BPO, BPM, ITES or managed services.
• Proven track record of winning enterprise‑level deals and managing strategic accounts.
• Strong CXO relationship management and consultative selling skills.
• Experience in forecasting, pipeline management and CRM processes.

Required skills

• Hands‑on BPO/BPM sales experience.
• Expertise in RFP/RFI management and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to develop value‑based proposals and solution positioning.
