Sales Director – Digital Asset Platform

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Director to lead its growth in the GCC region. The role focuses on selling the company’s enterprise‑grade digital‑asset platform to crypto‑native, Web3 and traditional financial institutions. You will work closely with Sales Engineers and the Business Development team to secure new enterprise customers. You will be responsible for expanding Fireblocks’ footprint among the region’s leading banks, asset managers and emerging Web3 firms, positioning the platform as the most secure and insured solution for digital‑asset transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the GCC market.
• Develop and execute prospecting, territory and account plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across sectors such as energy, retail, e‑commerce, fintech and crypto.
• Collaborate with the BDR, GTM and Sales Engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the Fireblocks CRM system.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts meet regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven track record of over‑achievement in enterprise sales.
• Experience selling to corporate clients in financial services, cybersecurity or cryptocurrency (preferred).
• Entrepreneurial, hunting mindset with strong prospecting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multi‑stakeholder decision makers.
• Ability to work in a team‑selling environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital‑asset infrastructure.
