Sales Director – Lead Growth & Customer Relationships

About the role

Harvard Logistics is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the Middle East. You will lead a high‑performing sales team, build lasting client relationships, and shape the strategic direction of our commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and promote strong, long‑lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to senior management.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing and motivating the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong market presence.
• Set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying aware of new products and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all organizational levels.
• Proven capability to drive the sales process from planning to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
• Successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people‑management skills.
