Sales Engineer – Electrical Project Sales

About the role

The Project Sales Engineer – Electrical will drive specification, project sales and business development across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will engage MEP contractors, consultants and developers to generate enquiries and convert them into profitable orders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business with leading MEP contractors and identify new construction projects from design through execution.
• Generate enquiries, negotiate and secure project orders while promoting the company’s electrical product portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal estimation, procurement, logistics and administration teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track the project pipeline through CRM, maintain accurate sales forecasts and achieve monthly sales, gross profit and collection targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of UAE experience in electrical project sales, preferably handling projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Strong network with MEP contractors, consultants and developers in the region.
