Sales Executive - Aviation

About the role

SailPoint, a global leader in Identity Security, is looking for a Sales Executive focused on the aviation sector in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves selling SailPoint’s Identity Security solutions to aviation customers, positioning the offering against competitors such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt, and delivering a superior customer experience from the first discovery call.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct first‑engagement and discovery calls to qualify opportunities.
• Present the value of SailPoint solutions and differentiate them from competing products.
• Lead a virtual team of partners, presales, deal desk, professional services, and customer success to close deals.
• Act as the quarterback for the sales cycle, coordinating resources and ensuring accountability.
• Develop territory and opportunity plans that move prospects from discovery to next sales stages.
