Sales Executive – Banking Products

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to promote banking products, primarily credit cards, to customers across the UAE. You will be responsible for generating leads, guiding prospects through the application process, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Sell banking products such as credit cards and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Generate leads through field sales, referrals, and direct customer engagement.
• Explain product features, eligibility, benefits, and terms to customers.
• Assist customers with application submission and KYC documentation.
• Verify customer documents according to bank requirements and follow up on application status.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and activity updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulations, and data confidentiality standards.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and outdoor marketing activities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in banking sales, financial services, credit cards, or direct sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• UAE banking experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
