About the role
The Sales Executive will drive sales of Certified Pre‑Owned vehicles, maximise gross margins and promote Finance & Insurance products while ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly unit sales targets and retain gross margins to support branch profitability.
- Meet monthly targets for Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales.
- Manage leads from telephone, web and walk‑in enquiries, aiming for a 25% conversion rate.
- Promote referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second facing and improve NPS/CSV.
- Capture accurate customer data in C4C for efficient follow‑up and reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong negotiation and upselling abilities.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
