About the role

The Sales Executive will drive sales of Certified Pre‑Owned vehicles, maximise gross margins and promote Finance & Insurance products while ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

Achieve monthly unit sales targets and retain gross margins to support branch profitability.
Meet monthly targets for Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales.
Manage leads from telephone, web and walk‑in enquiries, aiming for a 25% conversion rate.
Promote referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second facing and improve NPS/CSV.
Capture accurate customer data in C4C for efficient follow‑up and reporting.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
Strong negotiation and upselling abilities.
Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
