Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a motivated Sales Executive who is fluent in Mandarin to join its Marketing and Sales team in the United Arab Emirates. You will help turn vacation ownership prospects into satisfied owners while delivering exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a customer base by responding to owner inquiries and providing tailored property recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals and leads, delivering pricing, property maps, and portfolio information.
• Conduct sales presentations and guide prospects through the contract process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships to secure owner satisfaction, referrals, and future sales opportunities.
• Monitor contract processing to minimize rescission decisions and ensure timely closings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• At least one year of related sales experience.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
