Sales Executive – Cleaning & General Labour Supply

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead B2B contract acquisition for cleaning services and general labour supply across the UAE. The role focuses on building relationships with facility managers, procurement heads and corporate clients to secure long‑term manpower and maintenance contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new B2B clients for commercial cleaning, deep cleaning and labour supply.
• Manage the full sales cycle from cold calling to proposal drafting, negotiation and contract closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and industry demands to keep the offering competitive.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers such as Facility Managers, HR Directors and Operations Managers.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR teams to ensure deployed staff meet contract specifications.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in cleaning services, facilities management or labour supply within the UAE.
• Deep knowledge of UAE labour regulations, visa categories and deployment of skilled/unskilled workers.
• Higher Secondary education or equivalent.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English; Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
