Sales Executive – Client Acquisition (Dubai)

About the role

Our client, a professional consultancy providing legal advisory and client support services in the UAE, is seeking three motivated Sales Executives to handle incoming enquiries, engage prospective clients and arrange consultations with legal consultants. The role focuses on converting leads into qualified appointments and supporting clients through the initial documentation process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via incoming leads, telephone calls and follow‑ups.
• Understand client enquiries, identify business opportunities and schedule appointments with legal consultants.
• Guide clients on required initial documents and coordinate document collection.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow‑ups, appointments and lead status while ensuring confidentiality.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service or lead management.
• Experience in a legal consultancy, immigration centre, PRO services or similar client‑service environment is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to consistently follow up, handle multiple enquiries and work towards targets.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools.
