Sales Executive - Decorative Projects

About the role

Jotun Abu Dhabi Ltd. is hiring a Sales Executive for its Decorative Projects business, based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. You will support the Area Sales Manager in growing decorative sales by building customer relationships, finding new business opportunities and delivering excellent service to meet sales and profitability targets. The position reports to the Area Sales Manager - Projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide product support and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Promote and sell Jotun Decorative products through regular customer visits and by identifying new business opportunities.
• Carry out sales and marketing activities to achieve sales, profitability and collection targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the CRM system.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, good customer service and to spot market opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related technical/sales field.
• 2-5 years of sales experience in the Gulf region, ideally in construction or paint manufacturing.
• Proven ability to deliver a supply target of over AED 3 million without using retail channels.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Valid Gulf country driving licence preferred.
