Sales Executive – Dubai

About the role

REM CRM is seeking a confident, motivated Sales Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on consultative selling of CRM and SaaS solutions to businesses, helping them improve sales processes, lead management, and overall productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities across multiple channels.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable CRM/SaaS solutions.
• Manage prospects throughout the full sales cycle, from proposal to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets while staying informed on market trends.

Required profile

• Previous experience in CRM, SaaS, software, or technology sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in conducting face‑to‑face and online client meetings.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, or B2B software sales is a plus.
