Sales Executive – Dubai

About the role

REM CRM is seeking a confident, motivated, and target‑driven Sales Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on consultative selling of CRM and SaaS solutions to help businesses improve sales processes, lead management and overall productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate and qualify new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations, understand client requirements and recommend suitable CRM/SaaS solutions.
• Manage prospects throughout the full sales cycle, prepare proposals, negotiate and convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups, update leads and pipelines, and build long‑term client relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets while staying informed about market trends and competitors.

Required profile

• Previous experience in CRM, SaaS, software or technology sales.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in conducting face‑to‑face and online client meetings and delivering engaging product demos.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Experience in Real Estate, PropTech or B2B software sales is an advantage.
