Sales Executive – HVAC & Large Tonnage Chillers

About the role

The Sales Executive – District Cooling & Data Centers reports to the Senior Sales Manager, GCC, and is based in Dubai. You will drive growth of large‑tonnage water‑cooled chillers, vapor absorption chillers and modular packaged plant solutions across the GCC market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the HVAC sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, consultants and developers.
• Collaborate with technical and estimation teams to prepare detailed techno‑commercial offers.
• Present product features to MEP consultants and end‑users, ensuring proposals match project requirements.
• Use JCI’s sales management platform for continuous follow‑up and reporting.
• Achieve sales targets and increase market share for the GCC region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of sales experience focused on water‑cooled chillers or chilled water systems in the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Independent, innovative, strategic thinker able to work under pressure.
• Proven ability to present and influence key stakeholders.
