Sales Executive Indoor – Dubai

About the role

The Sales Executive Indoor will drive outbound sales activities, acquire new customers and grow existing accounts across the UAE, primarily via telephone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular outbound, CRT and IB sales calls to identify opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and increase bookings across RCL’s port pairs.
• Prepare freight quotations and negotiate rates within company guidelines.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations to secure confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with Trade, Customer Service, and Operations teams to support customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, sales activities, and follow‑up records.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare regular sales reports and booking projections for management.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Develop and support customer accounts across all Emirates of the UAE.
• Attend customer meetings or visits when required, in coordination with the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Liner/NVOCC market (2–5 years in liner sales/NVOCC in UAE market).
• Confident, persuasive and influential with excellent communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license would be an advantage.
