Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our tourism team in Dubai. You will be responsible for promoting and selling vacation packages, cruises, and family holidays to a diverse clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Sell vacation packages, cruise itineraries and family holiday offers to customers.
• Provide expert travel advice, handle inquiries and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Manage bookings, coordinate with hotels, airlines and cruise operators, and follow up on reservations.
• Stay updated on global destinations, visa requirements and travel regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel sales or customer service (freshers with strong interest are also considered).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of global destinations, visa requirements and travel regulations.
• Familiarity with 5‑star properties and luxury cruise lines.
