About the role
Empro Contracting is seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand its fit‑out, renovation and maintenance business across Dubai. You will be responsible for generating new business through door‑to‑door sales and managing the full sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door sales in residential and commercial areas.
- Generate leads, build a sales pipeline and arrange client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close projects.
- Maintain regular reports on leads, meetings and deal progress.
Required profile
- Proven experience in field sales, B2C or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
- Good English; Arabic or other languages a plus.
- Valid UAE driving licence and own car preferred.

What we offer
- AED 7,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission.
- Potential earnings up to AED 15,000+ per month.
