Sales Executive – Member Acquisition & Retention

About the role

Wellfit is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new member growth and improve retention across its flagship gyms in Dubai. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective and existing members.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve volume and financial targets for member acquisition.
• Manage the lead pipeline: call, clean, qualify, and advance leads.
• Monitor daily lead volume, quality, and source performance.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel to support conversion goals.
• Act as key account manager for an assigned customer base, handling inbound/outbound calls, follow‑ups, satisfaction checks, and complaints.
• Schedule member consultations and coordinate recommendations with coaches.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Update customer profiles, acquisition/retention forecasts, and provide daily performance updates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales and customer experience roles.
• At least 2 years of experience within the fitness or wellness industry.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
