Sales Executive – MEP, Renovations & Facility Management

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business for our MEP, renovation and facility‑management services across Dubai and Sharjah. The role focuses on generating leads, building relationships with key stakeholders and closing projects that contribute to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients and project opportunities in the MEP, construction, interior and facility‑management sectors.
• Engage with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, developers and property owners to understand their needs.
• Negotiate terms, prepare proposals and close sales agreements.
• Coordinate hand‑over of secured projects to the operations team to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular updates to management.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in MEP, construction, interior fit‑out or facility‑management services.
• Strong network within the UAE market is a distinct advantage.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• UAE driving licence.
• Social media marketing (preferred).
