Sales Executive – Northern Emirates

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive Holcim’s sales activities across the Northern Emirates, focusing on building strong customer relationships, effective prospecting and delivering sustainable building solutions. Working closely with the Sales Manager, the role supports the commercial strategy, monitors performance metrics and contributes to revenue growth and market share expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales volume, average selling price and margin targets in line with the company budget.
• Provide monthly updates on project backlog, sales forecasts and prepare related reports.
• Develop and execute action plans for prospecting, portfolio renewal and optimisation.
• Gather market intelligence and monitor share trends for Holcim and competitors.
• Visit customers and prospects to assess needs, present solutions and negotiate prices, terms and additional services.
• Collaborate with the Value‑Added Products team to promote upsell opportunities and maintain relationships with authorities and consultants.
• Prepare and submit quotations for tenders, let and live requests.
• Track collections, ensure timely payments and report market developments.
• Support the implementation of the RMX Commercial Strategy and contribute to brand reputation initiatives.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales volume, pricing and margin objectives.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and conducting regular field visits.
• Strong analytical skills to collect market intelligence and produce accurate forecasts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams such as Value‑Added Products and sales management.
• Good understanding of the construction and building‑materials market in the UAE.
