Sales Executive – Plastic Manufacturing

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue for our plastic manufacturing unit by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients across various sectors such as packaging, FMCG, construction and industrial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in target industries.
• Promote and sell a range of plastic products including containers, sheets, films and molded items.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals and follow up on approvals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Coordinate with production, planning and logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitors and customer needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and post‑sales support.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on receivables.
• Maintain accurate sales records, daily sales reports and customer databases.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions and client visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of sales experience in plastic manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing processes and applications.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
