Sales Executive – Skincare

About the role

GMG is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive skincare product sales in its Dubai store. You will engage customers, recommend products, and help achieve store targets while representing a leading global well‑being brand.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet store targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and associated brands.
• Maximize revenue through cross‑selling and up‑selling techniques.
• Build and nurture relationships with regular and high‑potential customers.
• Ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and attractive store presentation.
• Adhere to store KPIs, SOPs, inventory controls, expiry management, and company policies.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and maintain required documentation.
• Follow all regulatory, loss‑prevention, and company policies.
• Flexibly work across different shifts and locations as business needs dictate.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven customer‑service and relationship‑building skills.
