About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Supervisor to manage van sales and direct distribution of FMCG products such as rice, spices, masala, oil, and pulses across Dubai and Sharjah.
Key responsibilities
- Execute route sales and direct distribution to retail and wholesale customers.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships, handling order collection and cash.
- Perform merchandising, stock management, and ensure product visibility.
- Plan routes, manage territory, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent communication and service to clients.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of van sales experience in FMCG.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Familiarity with Dubai and Sharjah market routes.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
