Sales Manager - Ceramic Tiles & Sanitaryware

About the role

Danube Building Materials is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth of its ceramic tiles and sanitaryware portfolio across the UAE. You will lead multi‑channel sales initiatives, expand market presence and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue, profitability and market share targets.
• Drive growth across project, wholesale, retail and distribution channels.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and infrastructure projects.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from design stage through execution.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure profitable business growth.
• Manage key accounts and develop long‑term strategic partnerships.
• Strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers and channel partners.
• Implement sales promotions, product launches and market development initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with procurement and product teams on sourcing and inventory planning.
• Lead, mentor and develop the sales team, set KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and business plans, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–12 years of experience in ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, building materials or related industries.
• Proven track record in project sales and channel sales.
• Experience leading multi‑channel sales operations and market expansion initiatives.
