Sales Manager – Consulting, CX and Technology Solutions

About the role

CNX is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Sales Manager to grow new business across the UAE. The role positions a portfolio of consulting, customer experience, technology, digital transformation and managed services solutions, building a strong pipeline and turning opportunities into sustainable revenue. The position is based in Dubai CommerCity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and build a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through solution development, proposal, commercial negotiation and contract signature.
• Sell a broad portfolio including business and technology consulting, customer experience transformation, CRM, CCaaS and contact centre platforms, AI, automation and analytics, digital transformation, managed services, business process services and field service and field workforce solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, including C-level executives, and engage decision-makers across business, operations, technology, digital transformation, procurement and customer experience functions.
• Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs and RFIs, work with solution architects, consultants and commercial teams, and lead or support client presentations, workshops, negotiations and contracting.
• Achieve agreed bookings, revenue and profitability targets and develop account strategies for priority clients.

Required profile

• Previous exposure to Field Service or Field Workforce solutions and operations is an advantage, whether gained through sales, business development, account management, consulting or operational roles.
• Arabic language capability is a strong advantage, given the role's focus on the UAE market.
