Sales Manager – Desalination

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the sales strategy for the desalination and water‑treatment market in the region, driving new business and expanding strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for the desalination/water‑treatment sector.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities while growing existing strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, EPC contractors, suppliers and other industry partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations, tenders and contract discussions, owning sales, margin and profitability.
• Maintain a strong pipeline with accurate sales and order forecasts.
• Monitor market developments, major projects and competitors to spot early opportunities.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and trade exhibitions.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial, proactive sales professional with a strong B2B track record.
• Confident when dealing with senior decision‑makers and able to understand technical customer needs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial, business or technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the desalination/water‑treatment industry, with existing relationships with major end‑users and EPCs in the Middle East or globally.
• Based in the UAE.
