Sales Manager – Exhibition & Events

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business for our exhibition and events division in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring new exhibitors and clients across the UAE and GCC, while nurturing existing relationships to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract new clients in the UAE and GCC markets.
• Generate leads and develop business opportunities for exhibitions.
• Contact potential exhibitors and companies participating in events.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with design and project teams throughout the sales process.
• Follow up from initial inquiry through contract signing.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Background in exhibition, events, stand construction or a related industry is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work independently and proactively build a client base.
