Sales Manager – Exhibition

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager – Exhibition to join a leading events company in Dubai. The role focuses on generating new business, managing key accounts and delivering high‑value exhibition space and sponsorship deals across diverse client segments.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor sales performance and keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events and support on‑site execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B exhibition space and sponsorship sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to meet or exceed targets.
• Familiarity with Middle East markets is an advantage.
