Sales Manager – Flexible Packaging

About the role

The Sales Manager – Flexible Packaging will lead sales growth for raw material products such as films, aluminium foil, adhesives, inks, extrusion coated paper, and zipper tapes. The role focuses on building strategic customer relationships, expanding market share, and driving revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual revenue and profit targets.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities in the flexible packaging market.
• Manage and grow relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and business development plans.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Finance for smooth order execution.
• Conduct regular customer visits, meetings and business reviews.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and contracts.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy account balances.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and performance analysis for management.
• Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field (MBA or postgraduate preferred).
• 8–10 years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in the flexible packaging industry.
• Experience in the GCC market and team management is preferred.
