About the role
JKIT is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead key account relationships and drive growth of its cloud‑native, AI‑enabled digital transformation portfolio across the MENA region. You will act as the primary liaison for strategic clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts and build long‑term trusted advisor relationships.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Collaborate with Marketing to onboard new clients and deepen existing relationships.
- Position JKIT’s solutions and value proposition to address customer business needs.
- Liaise with internal teams such as Customer Service and Product Development to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring visibility and predictability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT or Business Management.
- Professional qualification in CIM or a recognized sales & marketing program.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT‑based solution selling, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
