Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Team Manager will lead, develop and scale a high‑performing sales organisation at Qashio. This leadership position focuses on coaching, performance management and strategy execution to consistently exceed revenue targets while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals, setting clear objectives, KPIs and performance expectations.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and coaching sessions to support individual growth.
• Partner with senior leadership to design and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy and overall sales performance to ensure targets are met.
• Support the team through complex sales cycles, providing guidance on stakeholder management and negotiation.
• Identify skills gaps and implement training initiatives to elevate team capability.
• Promote a positive, high‑performance culture that reflects Qashio’s values.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams to improve acquisition, onboarding and retention.
• Provide market feedback, competitor insights and customer trends for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in fintech or payments.
• 3+ years leading high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑development abilities.
• Proven track record of building accountability frameworks and driving performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable strategies.
• Analytical and forecasting expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is advantageous.
