Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue, room‑night production, and market‑share growth to meet and exceed annual sales targets and budget objectives.
• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the designated regions and corporate accounts.
• Grow existing accounts through proactive relationship management and tailored hospitality solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality sales, preferably within leisure and corporate segments.
• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
