Sales Manager – Mechanical Fire Protection

About the role

We are a leading provider of integrated fire protection and life safety solutions in the UAE, seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Mechanical to lead our Mechanical Fire Protection Sales Division. The role focuses on driving new business, managing key accounts, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, secure, and manage new projects throughout the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, MEP and EPC contractors, government authorities, and end‑users.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing sales team to exceed performance goals.
• Manage key accounts while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, pipeline reports and business plans.
• Collaborate with estimation, engineering and project teams to produce technically competitive proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close high‑value projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of UAE sales experience in fire protection or mechanical systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a successful sales team.
• Strong understanding of NFPA standards and UAE Civil Defence regulations.
• Proven track record managing major accounts and delivering revenue growth.
