About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager for the Middle East to own the region, build our market presence and accelerate growth for both Foster and Gamko brands. This hands‑on, entrepreneurial position will involve shaping the market, expanding the distributor network and winning strategic projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Own regional commercial performance for Foster and Gamko across the Middle East.
  • Grow and support distributors, consultants and design offices.
  • Identify and secure new business in retail refrigeration and key accounts.
  • Manage projects end‑to‑end, from specification through quotation to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts and provide market intelligence.

Required profile

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of growth in the Middle East.
  • Experience managing distributors and key accounts.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Growth‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with cultural agility.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
