Sales Manager (Real Estate)

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects at Refine Development Management. Reporting to senior leadership, you will design and execute strategies that meet revenue targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and key stakeholders.
• Handle client inquiries, negotiations and contract finalisation professionally.
• Maintain a robust CRM system to track sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns and promotional activities.
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses and networking events.
• Utilise digital marketing tools and social media platforms to expand reach.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing, demand and industry trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• 2‑3 years of sales experience with real‑estate developers in the UAE.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in Arabic; additional languages such as Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Portuguese or German are a plus.
• Strong negotiation, networking and autonomous working abilities.
