Sales Manager / Sales Engineer – Piping Systems (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager / Sales Engineer to grow our market presence in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on selling and specifying UPVC, PP‑R, CPVC and HDPE piping systems for major building and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capture new business opportunities across residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing, meeting revenue and gross‑margin targets.
• Maintain product listings on approved‑manufacturer lists and deliver technical presentations to consultants and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi authority standards (BS, EN, DIN, ISO) and keep product approvals up to date.
• Build long‑term relationships with Tier 1/2 contractors, developers and distributors.
• Track competitor activity, pricing trends and project announcements; keep CRM records and provide regular forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (mandatory); MBA or sales/marketing certification is a plus.
• Proven track record on major Abu Dhabi projects and a strong network of consultants, contractors and government bodies.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of thermoplastic piping systems: UPVC, PP‑R, CPVC, HDPE.
• Technical proficiency in fluid handling and product specification.
• Strong negotiation and contract‑closing abilities.
• Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
