Sales & Marketing Executive – Commission Based (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for motivated and self‑driven individuals residing in the UAE to join our team as Sales and Marketing Executives. The role involves identifying potential customers, presenting our products and services, building customer relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers
• Generate and develop new sales opportunities
• Introduce and explain products and services to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with potential customers and manage sales leads
• Convert qualified prospects into successful business
• Develop new customer opportunities independently
• Maintain regular communication and follow‑ups with customers

Required profile

• Currently residing in the UAE
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, proactive and confident
• Sales or business development experience is an advantage
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
• Existing customer contacts or a database is a plus
• Comfortable working independently on a freelance basis
• Motivated beginners with good communication skills are welcome
