Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

Tabasco Human Capital is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the UAE manpower supply sector. You will work closely with clients across construction, logistics, cleaning and facility management to deliver tailored staffing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients throughout the UAE to promote manpower supply services.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers.
• Prepare and present company profiles, proposals and quotations.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manpower supply or staffing services in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and visa processing for manpower supply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
