Sales & Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Officer to drive growth for Axess Tech in Sharjah. The role combines proactive business development with creative marketing to expand our customer base and strengthen brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Promote company products and services through online and offline channels.
• Conduct market research to uncover customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, or a recent graduate with strong communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
