About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai, near a metro station. The role focuses on outbound calling, generating new business, and building lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and generate new business
- Follow up with leads and potential clients
- Present products/services and identify customer needs
- Build strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required profile
- Previous experience in Telesales, Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and comfortable making sales calls
- Strong follow‑up and closing skills
- Target‑driven and results‑oriented
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Candidate with a valid UAE visa preferred
What we offer
- Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 depending on experience
- Commission on successful sales
- Location: Dubai – Near Metro
- Working schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
