Sales Officer – Student Enrollment

About the role

The Sales Officer will support the line manager in driving student enrollment for Air Arabia Academy’s training programmes. You will build relationships, showcase programme benefits and exceed sales targets through strong communication and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads through events, networking and online inquiries.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective students, parents and career advisors to understand their goals.
• Present programme information, highlighting benefits and career opportunities.
• Negotiate fees and enrollment packages, close sales and surpass targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts and sales activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings and aviation career paths.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, aviation or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar sales or enrollment role.
• Strong understanding of the aviation industry and exposure to flight operations and training environments.
• Experience with GCAA examinations and pilot/cadet medical bookings.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• Proven ability to execute sales and marketing strategies and meet KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of market analysis and research software.
