Sales Operations Associate

About the role

A motivated sales operations associate is sought to streamline sales processes and support the sales team with data-driven insights. The role covers managing the CRM and Microsoft tools such as Excel, producing sales reports and dashboards to track KPIs, and working with stakeholders to improve sales forecasting, pricing strategies and overall team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the CRM, ensuring data integrity and optimising workflows
• Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards
• Drive pipeline calls across business units
• Facilitate the development and execution of sales and operations strategy
• Support sales teams with custom opportunities and operational tasks
• Apply data cleansing techniques and develop new data acquisition methods
• Engage with internal stakeholders about their data needs and analysis
• Assist in sales compensation and commission calculations
• Analyse sales performance data, identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Help onboard new sales representatives with training on CRM systems, sales processes and sales tools

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, business operations or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement or a similar role
• Strong project management and follow-up skills
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and the sales team

Required skills

• CRM systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Advanced Excel and dashboard creation for KPI tracking and sales analytics
• Data analysis and metric-driven decision making
